Naturebox

If you want to snack better, eat better, and live a healthier lifestyle, try out Naturebox. Naturebox is a snack subscription box, where you pay five dollars a month to be a member, and get to order as many snacks as you would like from their website, which will then be sent right to your doorstep. I first subscribed to Naturebox about a month ago, and have already ordered and received two snack shipments, and while I am still learning about everything Naturebox has to offer, I am already loving this subscription.

The benefits of being a member of Naturebox includes all the sales you get on the snacks. You pay a significantly cheaper price as a member (you get up to forty percent off all of their snacks), which means you get to order more snacks than if you were a non-member! Naturebox also features over 100 snacks made with simple ingredients and no artificial ingredients, and they add new snacks every month so there is always something new to try!

The first month of your Naturebox subscription is free, which is what prompted me to try it out. Also, since I am a college student without a car, having a snack subscription box was convenient, as instead of having to Uber or bus to the grocery store I could have snacks sent to my mailbox which I could reach in five minutes. I first ordered nine snacks from Naturebox, and they come in nicely sized packages. I liked all but two of the snacks, and I finished them within the month, so I ordered some more, but all of completely different snacks, just to try everything. This month I am snacking on Salt and Pepper Lentil Loops, Coffee Kettle Popcorn, Whole Wheat Strawberry Fig Bars, Whole Wheat Animal Cookies, and so on. These snacks are all delicious, but I have to say my favorite so far are the Salt and Pepper Lentil Loops. Next month I am definitely going to order more of the lentil loops and other snacks I have enjoyed, as well as new ones!

What makes Naturebox so appealing to me is not only the discount on snacks, but the delicious taste and freshness of the snacks. I was skeptical about beginning a membership with Naturebox, as I was worried the snacks weren't going to live up to the hype everyone says about them, but they definitely do. There are some snacks of Naturebox that I do not enjoy as much as others, but it is all about tasting a variety of snacks and seeing which ones I enjoy and which ones I do not. You can also buy Naturebox snacks in bulk as well, or even for the office staff to enjoy, so if there are certain snacks you know you want a large portion of, you have the option of purchasing in bulk, which is amazing.

I just love Naturebox because of the tastiness of the snacks as well as the variety. You can filter the page to only show you gluten free snacks, vegan snacks, less than 150 calories, no sugar added, good source of protein, and so on. There are also a variety of categories of snacks which appeal to all your needs, such as breakfast bars, cookies, jerky, dried fruit, nuts, best sellers, etc. You can also filter by your taste, whether you want savory, sweet, or spicy foods. I always get so excited to eat my Naturebox snacks, and I always wait anxiously for my package to arrive on campus so I can dig into all of the tasty treats. If you are looking to snack healthier and to diverge and try new foods, definitely try Naturebox! You can cancel your membership anytime, but I can guarantee that after scrolling through the website, picking out all the snacks you want, and trying them all once the package is delivered to your door step, you will not want to cancel the membership.

Book Recommendations

I am a huge book worm and try to read whenever I have time, which is usually late at night before I go to bed, on weekends, or on breaks. I recently found that I was short on books to read, which led me to research on Google novels that would appeal to me. Because I am a sucker for romance movies, I mainly looked for that genre of novels. I recently got a few novels in the mail along with a few that a friend let me borrow, and I want to share them with you. 1. The Fault In Our Stars by John Green - I have read this book around three or four times, and it is still my favorite novel. It is a story about two teenagers who do have cancer, but it focuses more on the blossoming love story between them and how their world changes because of that as they also go through ups and downs due to their illnesses. It is a great read anywhere and anytime, and will always make you tear up by the end. 2. Let It Snow - This novel consists of three holiday stories written by John Green, Maure...

Dairy-free Banana Bread

From the end of 2019 to now, I have been really into baking breads. Out of the ones I have made, making banana bread and pumpkin walnut bread have been my top favorites. One of the first banana breads that I made was utterly delicious! However, because I like to share my baked goods with others, particularly my boyfriend, I went on the hunt for a dairy free recipe. My boyfriend is lactose intolerant, and I wanted to bake something that both he and I could enjoy. So, upon coming upon this recipe during my search online, I made a loaf last night and it was so delicious I had to share it on the blog. Here is the recipe! Photo from Google Images Ingredients: 4 very ripe bananas 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup dark brown sugar 1/2 cup canola oil or coconut oil 2 eggs 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1 tsp baking soda 2 tsp ground cinnamon 1 tsp sea salt Steps: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a standard size loaf pan (I use olive ...
